GETTING STARTED
-

-
Getting started is straightforward. After a free consultation to make sure we're a good fit, you'll sign a service agreement and complete a short onboarding questionnaire. I'll review your books, establish a clean baseline, and get you set up in QuickBooks Online if needed.
-
Most clients are fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks. If your books need cleanup first, it may take a bit longer. I'll give you a timeline during our consultation.
-
Just access to your QuickBooks Online account (or a willingness to set one up), your bank and credit card statements, and any receipts or records you've been tracking. I'll walk you through exactly what I need during onboarding.
SERVICES & PRICING
-
Pricing is based on the service package you select and the complexity of your business. Montly packages start at $250/month. After a consultation, I’ll provide a clear, customized quote. No surprises and no hidden fees.
-
Yes. If you don’t need monthly bookkeeping, I offer software setup, training, cleanup, and consulting as standalone services.

-
I work on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts required. I ask for 30 days' notice to wrap up your books and provide a clean handoff, but there's no penalty for canceling.
